I graduated from California State University in 1976 with a BA in Psychology. I then earned my Law Degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1979.
After practicing law for a number of years, I realized the limitations inherent in the adversarial process and decided to expand the scope of my knowledge and skills. While continuing my practice part time, I went back to school to earn advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Marriage, Family Child Counseling from Santa Clara University in 1991. In the years since I have been active in both the legal and psychology fields, blending my expertise to form a unique perspective opposed to the adversarial legal system.
